Acetyle Hexapeptide-8
Often referred to by its more well known name, “Argireline,” this peptide is a fragment of SNAP-25, a substrate of botulinum (botox). It is used in skin care to prevent formation of skin lines and wrinkles in a very similar way to that of Botox, by inhibiting neurotransmitter release at the neuromuscular junction.
